Walking City OCT: Round Two Part Two

Phew, glad I managed to get another part posted prior to the due date. QAQ Granted, I'm still not finished, but I'll keep tackling my round the best I can. I was hoping to squish part three and four into one file but based on how much trouble I had with this part alone with it's length, I'm going to play it safe and have it as two.

I am the slowest thing on the planet and so grateful you're all very patient with me.

This part does have the minor glitch here and there, honestly they're so small and I'm so tired I don't care enough to fix anything else XD; Sorry about that. Hngh.

Whew, finally have a day off tomorrow. Going to spend it catching up with a friend and tacking the next part! (But then 5 days of job, ack). Not sure when I'll have the next installments but I'll do my best to get them uploaded ASAP! Thank you again for your patience and support.
